Delete your data
How to delete everything Stumped: Ultimate Cricket 27 by Sφnny keeps about your game, with or without the game installed.
In the game (straight away)
- Open Settings › Privacy.
- Choose Delete everything, type DELETE and confirm.
Want a copy first? Choose Download my data on the same screen.
Without the game (by email)
If you've deleted the game, changed devices, or can't open it, email privacy@stumpedcricket.app with the subject Delete my data. Tell us:
- your club's name as it appears on the boards, if you were on one;
- roughly when you last played, and on which kind of device.
The game never asks for your name or email, so we need these to find your club. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your club, players, Journeys, My Career, cups, awards, kit and save slots.
- Your row on the Ladder and the other boards.
- Anything held for your game on our server, and its random identifier.
- If you ask by email: your email to us, once we've confirmed the deletion.
What we keep, and why
- Reports other players made about a club name or about cheating are kept until they've been reviewed, and never longer than 90 days.
- An Edition Pass belongs to your App Store, Google Play or Microsoft account, not to us. It isn't deleted, and comes back when you restore purchases. Refunds and store records are handled by the store.
Deleting your data doesn't cancel anything with the store. The privacy policy has the full picture.
