Write to us
It helps to include:
- your device and its system (for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 26, or Windows 11 in Edge);
- the game's version, from the bottom of Settings;
- what you were doing, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
Saves and progress
Where is my game saved?
On the device you play on. The game keeps four profiles, each with its own saves for every tournament and mode, and Continue on the home screen opens the last one you played.
Can I move my game to another device?
Not yet. We're working on a way to carry your game between devices. Until then you can keep a copy of everything with Settings › Privacy › Download my data.
I lost my progress
Deleting the app, or clearing a browser's data for this site, deletes the game on that device. If that hasn't happened, write to us with your device and version and we'll help.
The Edition Pass and purchases
What does the Edition Pass do?
It opens the extra modes for one edition of the game (a season running September to August). The rest of the game is free, and nothing on sale makes your players better.
My pass isn't showing
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple, Google or Microsoft account you bought it with, then choose Restore purchases on the Edition Pass screen.
Refunds
Payments are handled by the store you bought from, so refunds are too:
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play refunds
- Microsoft Store: your Microsoft order history
Ads
Now and then after a match the game offers a short video that pays that match's coins again. A card comes first with a Skip button; skip it and nothing plays. Ads never play during a match and don't track you. The privacy policy has the details.
Controls
- Every keyboard key and controller button can be changed in Settings.
- Most controllers work, Xbox and PlayStation among them. Connect it before opening the game if it isn't picked up.
- New to cricket games? The batting and bowling tutorials start from the very first ball.
Speed, heat and battery
- Choose a lower graphics level in Settings if the game stutters or the device warms up.
- Turn on the battery saver for long sessions on a phone.
- In a browser, keep hardware acceleration on and close other heavy tabs. See Play in your browser.
Club names and fair play
Names on the boards are checked for abuse and impersonation. You can hide any club from your boards in the game, or report a name or suspected cheating. Reports come only to us.
Your data
To take a copy of your game or delete it, use Settings › Privacy. If you can't reach the game, see Delete your data.
Reporting a security problem
If you've found a security or privacy problem in the game or this site, please write to support@stumpedcricket.app with the word Security in the subject. We'll reply, fix it, and say thank you in public if you'd like.
